BBA Specialises in Printed Airsoft parts in ABS(+)
Currently utilising the Bambu Labs P1S, BBA has the ability to create anything and everything (with some restrictions!)
Practical Solutions
3D Printing has allowed thousands of creatives to innovate within airsoft, from custom parts to jigs which assist with teching, Printing airsoft ideas has near limitless possibilities.
We've used 3D printed parts personally to solve problems we've encountered when playing airsoft or working on RiFs.
Got an Idea?
When discussing a potential product/print idea, we are always designing with the context in mind. There will be some ideas which we will decline to make for various reasons or they are outside of the limitations of the printer.
We can also print predesigned files in the form of commissions, Sites like Yeggi offer a plethora of designs for airsoft.
At the moment we are only printing in black ABS+ which is perfect for most airsoft part applications. Size limitations are 256 x 256 x 256mm
When shouldn't you 3D Print?
A comical stereotype "3D Print guys" get within airsoft is that they'll attempt to print anything and everything, without stopping to think whether they should, just because they can.
Consistently high-stress parts such as handguards, sling points and gun internals should be made with much higher strength materials such as metals/alloys.
Want to print one of our designs yourself?
Some of the designs that are up for sale on BBA will also have the files available on our Cults Page where you can Purchase/Download the STLs and print yourself. We are always welcome for feedback on all our designs!
